About

As part of my research study (Ph.D. Information Systems), I have done extensive research in Public / Government Management information systems and studied many International, National and State level IS projects for project success, failure and best practice methodologies.

I am an Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with expert knowledge in Information Technology Management and Project Management Institute’s processes with organization methodologies. I am very proficient in PMI standards and methodologies in Enterprise Project Management, Portfolio Management, and Project Management. I am well versed in systems development, project management, and information technology analysis and planning.

I am certified in IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and having comprehensive knowledge on description of the processes involved in managing IT infrastructures, function and roles in the planning, delivery and management of IT services.

I am an Oracle Certified Professional (Oracle 10g, 9i, 8i, 8) and Oracle Small Business Certified consultant. My experience includes performance tuning, capacity planning, database security and physical / logical database design in a UNIX, and Windows NT environment. I am also specialized on Data Warehouse administration and Design. My other interests include web design, providing community help and teaching Database Administration & SQL concepts.

I am currently working in the Office of the Policy Management, State of CT.

I am also serving as a voluntary member of the State of Connecticut Accessibility committee which promotes the design standards to make web sites accessible to people with disabilities.
